Our pool cleaning service includes skimming the pool surface to remove leaves, debris, and other floating materials; vacuuming the pool floor and walls to remove dirt and sediment; brushing pool walls, steps, and tile to prevent algae buildup; emptying skimmer baskets and pump baskets; and checking and adjusting water chemistry levels including pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and calcium hardness.

Clear Estates Pool Care is not responsible for damage to pool equipment, including but not limited to pumps, filters, heaters, automatic cleaners, pool covers, or any other pool-related equipment that may be damaged due to pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, or circumstances beyond our control. We maintain general liability insurance, but equipment damage resulting from factors outside of our direct negligence is not covered. We recommend that pool owners maintain their own equipment insurance and ensure all equipment is in good working condition prior to service commencement.

Our vacuuming service includes manual vacuuming of the pool floor and walls using professional pool vacuums. We remove debris, dirt, and sediment that has settled on pool surfaces. Skimming is performed to remove leaves, insects, and other floating debris from the water surface. Please note that excessive debris or severe weather conditions may require additional service time or supplementary cleaning visits, which may incur additional charges. We recommend keeping pool areas clear of excessive debris to ensure optimal cleaning results.

Our standard service does not include repairs to pool equipment, structural pool repairs, replacement of pool parts, handling of hazardous materials, or services requiring specialized licenses beyond our standard pool maintenance certification. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing equipment malfunctions, electrical issues, plumbing problems, or structural defects. Any repairs or services beyond standard maintenance must be discussed and agreed upon separately with appropriate documentation and pricing.

To provide service, we require safe and unobstructed access to your pool area. This includes unlocked gates, clear pathways, and access to necessary equipment areas. We are not responsible for delays or inability to provide service due to locked gates, aggressive pets, unsafe conditions, or restricted access. If we are unable to access your pool during a scheduled service visit, you may be charged for the service call. Please ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured on service days.

We test and adjust pool water chemistry during each service visit, including pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and calcium hardness levels. Chemical adjustments are made based on standard industry practices and manufacturer recommendations. However, we are not responsible for chemical imbalances caused by environmental factors, heavy usage, extreme weather, or pre-existing water conditions that require extensive treatment. Additional chemical treatments beyond standard balancing may incur additional charges. Pool owners are responsible for maintaining appropriate chemical levels between service visits if needed.
